At MelGeek, we strive for perfection in every keystroke, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all custom mechanical keyboards and accessories remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail box, including all keycap pullers, cables, and documentation that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship to MelGeek

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated inspection center for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team confirms the product is in its original state, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
